Returns
We follow a straightforward return policy. If you are not satisfied with the packaging of the product received, you may raise a return request at the time of delivery itself. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may raise a complaint within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us process your return quickly, please share clear images of the product you are dissatisfied with. This helps us understand the issue and ensures we keep improving for you and every customer after you.
In the event that the products received do not match your order, we will replace them with the correct items at no additional cost.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. However, if your order has a manufacturing defect — damaged seal, incorrect product, or quality concern — we will replace the product immediately, no questions asked.
We believe in the quality of what we make. If it does not reach you that way, that is our responsibility to fix.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Delivery – Important Note
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, locked premises, or refusal to accept, the order will still be charged in full. A re-delivery charge of ₹30 will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
